Workout Duration and Effort
I went back to doing a full burpee working out after changing things up. I was only doing half of the workout since I hurt myself by doing the same workout every day.
(Yes, I love to be consistent, this is a situation where consistency hurt!)
After doing only half of the workout, I thought - oh, doing the full workout will be easy, because it’s just twice the effort.
At the end of the second half, I felt I expelled more than four times the effort than the first half of the workout.
