My Meditation Hack - Menthols
I am meditating more and one thing I found that helps me meditate is to use a menthol inhaler like Vicks.
The menthol clears up my sinus and when I am breathing during the meditation, the sensations from breathing is stronger.
This simple hack keeps me meditating longer and focused on breathing. My breathing feels different after using menthol and I focus on that sensation.
If I want to go further, definitely setting up more scents or event essential oils would be the next level, especially meditating longer than 5-10 minutes at a time.
