Apple Watch Mindfulness Reflect & Battery
I noticed my Apple Watch battery struggling to keep it’s charge. I didn’t change my battery charging routine or add any new apps. The battery health says 100% (which is way better than my iPhone battery health!)
One thing I did change - I switched to Reflect mode in the Mindfulness app.
I was using the Breathe mode before - Apple Watch would provide breathing guidance with vibration. Great to center my breath on a set interval.
I moved on to that and just want to breathe on my own rhythm - so I use the Reflect mode.
The Reflect mode doesn’t have the guided breathing - it does provide visuals. Pretty visuals like a lava lamp.
Ironically, I close my eyes during my meditation and these visuals just go out to the world.
I suspect switching to the Reflect mode is negatively affecting my battery.
Now to test this hypothesis.
