Experience from Constantly Drinking Water
For the last two years, I drink about a gallon / 3.78 L of water each day (or set a goal for that.)
In the last two years - these are some of the benefits of I experienced:
- consciousness
- not hungry
- constant detox
Gaining Consciousness
One of the first things I do waking up is drink water - I find this helps me get towards my goal faster than not drinking right away.
When drinking right away, I notice I wake up easier, no matter how good (or bad) I slept the night before. This is before I even have my morning coffee or tea.
Hunger Sensation
I notice that I don’t feel hungry at all during the day, even around meal times when I constantly drink water.
I believe the reason for this is that there is something in my stomach the whole time, basically, water!
Having something in my stomach reduces the: “starving sensation” - hence, I only eat when I choose to (and can wait until the next meal if it’s late.)
Constantly Detoxing
The body uses water as a vehicle to get rid of items unnecessary to the body - so by constantly drinking water, it’s also pushing out unnecessary items on a constant basis.
Your body doesn’t wait and build up until there’s enough fluids to push out - it always has something to help push out items.
This also helps with creating bile - which your body uses for the other type of detoxing. 😉
Not all Good
For all these benefits - there is one down side to constantly drinking water: I need to be close to a restroom most of the time, because I’m constantly drinking water.
😅
Conclusion
I found that drinking lots of water constantly helps your body in the following ways:
- getting rid of unnecessary items
- managing hunger sensation
- waking up
Drinking water is simple and there are great benefits to your life.
