End of the People Stack Era

It’s always bittersweet when one era finishes. There are different points in my life when I can see the end coming and when the end happens, I feel lethargic about the ending, unlike the way the era started.

One recent era is my time with The People Stack - where I had coaching on being the best tech manager possible.

Originally I joined People Stack to get into a different company - and I quickly learned that great coaching always involve life coaching.

For me, that meant finding my missions, improving work result, planning a move, inspiring my wife to her dream, helping others to their dream, and so much more.

As I reflect back, that era is a whirlwind of activity as the amount of time is short. Almost compressed when I look back on it now. The decisions, the actions, the results.

In a way, my head is still spinning looking back.

At the same time, I love every moment of that era and the new life I have now.

Everything is Better.

One thing that still blows my mind is how I started that era - with a simple short call that I really didn’t know what I was getting myself into.

That call turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done, yet.

I say “yet”, because when one era finishes, another era begins…
