My Sleep (2023) Goals

I know sleep is important, yet, I carried the: “you sleep when you’re dead” belief from my father way back, especially from studying for tests in university. (Now that I look back and think about the best grades I got, I never stayed up… 🤔)

Having a job where I traveled across the international date line about once a month did not help with my sleep habits.

Let’s say, I have sleep habits that do not contribute to a solid amount of sleep.

This year, I choose to get better sleep.

What does better sleep mean?

  • Averaging over seven hours a night.
  • Getting to sleep without medical sleep aids.
  • Continuous sleep through the night.

Now I know why I want better sleep and what that means, how do I accomplish that?
